Pet-parent-friendly fulfillment.

Orders placed before 1 PM ET on business days ship the same day. Weekend orders ship Monday. You'll get a tracking link the moment your box leaves our hands.

• United States: 2–5 business days (USPS Priority / UPS Ground)
• Canada: 5–10 business days
• UK & EU: 7–12 business days
• Australia & rest of world: 10–18 business days

International duties and taxes are calculated at checkout where possible. In rare cases your local customs office may collect on delivery — we cover the first $10.

If you or your pet aren't completely happy within 30 days of delivery, email returns@pawparentessentials.com with your order number and a quick note. We'll send a prepaid US return label or a replacement — your choice.

Used and even gently-chewed items are welcome back — we donate what we can to local shelter partners.

If anything arrives damaged or your tracking stops moving for 7+ days, send us a photo and your order number. We'll re-ship or refund within one business day.

We move quickly, but if you catch us before fulfillment we'll update the address or cancel the order. After shipping, we'll help you reroute via the carrier whenever possible.
