"PawParent Essentials", "we", "us", and "our" refer to PawParent Essentials, an online retailer of pet wellness products. "You" means anyone visiting the site or buying from us.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority where you live) to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that you are.

• We try to describe products and colors accurately, but actual items may vary slightly from photos.
• Prices are listed in US dollars and may change at any time before you check out.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders, including for suspected reseller activity, pricing errors, or fraud.

An order is accepted once you receive an order confirmation email. Payment is processed at checkout via Shopify Payments / Stripe. If your payment fails or is reversed, we may cancel the order.

You agree not to: misuse the site, attempt to access other users' accounts, scrape content, submit fake or abusive reviews, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.

When you post a review or contact us, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content (excluding your email) to display, promote, and improve our products. You're responsible for what you post, and you confirm it's truthful and yours to share.

All site content — logos, text, photos, design — is owned by PawParent Essentials or our licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce or republish it without permission.

Our products are not veterinary medicine. Always consult a vet for medical concerns. The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PawParent Essentials is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Delaware.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the site after we post changes means you accept them.
